OM2H Creative Studios – Refund Policy

At OM2H Creative Studios, we are committed to delivering high-quality production and creative services to every client. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.

All services must be paid in full upfront to secure your booking, production time, and resources. Once payment is received, it is considered a commitment to the scheduled service and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or unused sessions.

All services purchased must be used within 30 days of payment. Any services not scheduled and completed within this timeframe will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Clients are encouraged to ensure availability and readiness prior to booking. In certain cases, at the sole discretion of OM2H Creative Studios, a session may be rescheduled; however, this does not qualify for a refund.
