Podcast Terms & Conditions

At OM2H Creative Studios, our goal is to provide a professional, organized, and seamless recording experience for every client. Please carefully review the following policies before booking your session.

1. Recording Sessions & Episode Usage

• Each recording session is counted as one full hour (60 minutes), regardless of the actual recording duration.

• Whether an episode lasts 15, 20, or 30 minutes, it will count as one full episode/session.

• We do not split recording time. Each separate episode recorded counts as one full hour, regardless of length.

• Recording two separate episodes counts as two sessions and requires two separate edits etc.

2. File Download & Storage Policy

• Clients have 72 hours from the time their completed audio and video files are delivered via email to download and save their content.

• After 72 hours, files may be permanently deleted from our studio storage.

• OM2H Creative Studios is not responsible for files that have been deleted after the download window.

• If a client requests files to be resent and they are still available in our storage, a $35 retrieval and resend fee will apply.

3. Package Usage & Expiration

• All recording hours included in a podcast package must be used within 30 days, beginning on the date of payment.

• We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we provide an additional 5-day grace period.

• Any unused episodes remaining after the 35-day period will be forfeited.

• Unused episodes do not roll over, transfer to another billing cycle, or automatically reinstate.

• Clients are responsible for scheduling their recording sessions within the allotted timeframe.

4. Video Editing & Revisions

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including episode titles, guest names, social media handles, preferred colors, and editing instructions.

• Once a video has been rendered, any additional changes requested will incur a $25 revision fee.

• If you would like any revisions you will be required to send them all at once via e-mail: [email protected] with timestamps.  
• Once revisions are submitted please allow 24 to 72 hours to receive the revised version back.

• We encourage clients to review all submitted information carefully to help prevent unnecessary revisions or delays.

5. Arrival Times & Scheduling

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled recording sessions.

• A 15-minute arrival grace period is provided.

• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of studio management.

• These guidelines help us maintain a smooth recording schedule and respect the time of all clients.

6. Subscription Compliance & Reinstatement Fees

• Clients enrolled in a podcast subscription are required to follow all applicable subscription policies, including booking deadlines and studio regulations.

• Episodes forfeited due to expired usage periods or failure to comply with studio policies are not automatically eligible for reinstatement.

• If OM2H Creative Studios approves reinstatement as an exception, a $75 fee per episode will apply.

• All reinstatements are subject to studio management approval.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a podcast package or subscription with OM2H Creative Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
